Jeffrey Justice

With over 20 years working in International Business Development, Jeff joins BlueWave with a broad range of global experience in the public and private sectors. 

Most recently, Jeff was the International Sales Director at two premium U.S. food companies, Butterball and Califia Farms, where he drove top-line business growth and strategic international expansion by forging new distribution partnerships, negotiating brand licensing deals and launching new products for international markets. Formerly, Jeff spent several years as a Commercial Diplomat for the U.S. Department of Commerce advocating for U.S. business interests abroad while living and working in Washington, D.C., Istanbul and Mexico City. As a member of the Foreign Commercial Service, he helped U.S. companies grow their export sales and compete globally by fully utilizing the myriad of government resources available to support U.S. businesses.

Jeff speaks Spanish, French and Turkish. He and his wife, Sarah, are raising two teenage boys in southern Maine and are active in their community coaching high school sports and supporting their local school system.
