Phil Argyris

Phil Argyris joined BlueWave Merchant Partners in 2020.

Phil Argyris last served as the CEO of GateAir, a global leader in next generation over-the-air broadcast solutions for radio and television. Mr. Argyris leveraged his thirty five years of management and leadership experience as well as his valuable tenure leading and transforming the former transmission division of Harris Broadcast to drive innovations and excellence in wireless over-the-air solutions. Mr Argyris has been results oriented leader spanning the broadcast, Oil & Gas and high technology industries for over three decades.

Prior to joining GatesAir he served in senior executive positions at Harris Corporation and Harris Broadcast, including Human Resources, General Manager of the Transmission divisions , Executive VP of R&D, Product Line Management and Marketing for Harris Broadcast. In addition, Mr Argyris spent five years at NCR Corporation as a Sr. H.R. Executive. The first twenty years of Mr. Argyris career was spent with Amoco/BP where he held numbers executive positions including the EVP HR for the Amoco downstream business. Among his many assignments he had two expat assignments in Egypt and China.
